4:30 pm - 6:30 pm formal poster presentation
Authors must be present during this poster session time.
During each day of this three-day session, posters will be on display all day (9:00 am - 9:00 pm) and can be viewed at any time during this period. Each day, two hours of formal presentation time (4:30 pm - 6:30 pm) will be scheduled for authors to be available to discuss their work with other attendees. Poster boards for display of abstracts will be 4 feet (122 cm) wide X 8 feet (244 cm) long for greater display area.
